Refund Policy

At TurksBigMills, we strive to provide unforgettable and seamless experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund process.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • If you arrive late and miss your scheduled experience, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Please plan accordingly and communicate with us in advance if you’re running late — we’ll do our best to accommodate you if possible.

We may cancel or reschedule your activity due to:

 

  • Unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, high winds, etc.)

  • Equipment or vehicle issues

  • Safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances

 

 

In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

 

 

To request a refund, please email us at TurksBigMills@gmail.com with your:

 

  • Full name

  • Date of booking

  • Service booked

  • Reason for cancellation

 

 

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
